Pan Reformica is proud to partner with AFRIpads, a socially responsible organization based in Uganda, to provide high-quality hygiene products to those in need. AFRIpads is a for-profit social enterprise that produces and distributes reusable menstrual pads throughout East Africa. The organization was founded in 2010 with the mission of empowering women and girls through the provision of affordable and environmentally sustainable menstrual hygiene solutions.
As part of our partnership, Pan Reformica will purchase hygiene products from AFRIpads at wholesale prices using the donations we receive. These products will then be distributed to local shelters and organizations, including the Rella Women's Foundation and Freedom and Roam Uganda (FARUG), that work to support vulnerable populations in Uganda.
The Rella Women's Foundation is a nonprofit organization that aims to empower and support women and girls in Uganda. The organization provides education, vocational training, and healthcare services to help women and girls build better futures for themselves and their communities.
Freedom and Roam Uganda (FARUG) is a human rights organization that works to advance the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex (LGBTI) people in Uganda. FARUG provides a range of services to the LGBTI community, including legal support, advocacy, and access to healthcare and social services.
By partnering with AFRIpads and distributing these hygiene products to organizations like Rella Women's Foundation and FARUG, Pan Reformica is working to improve the health and wellbeing of vulnerable populations in Uganda. We are committed to using our donations in the most effective and impactful ways possible, and we believe that our partnership with AFRIpads is a vital part of achieving this goal.
