One of Pan Reformica’s many goals is to peacefully abolish the systemic oppression that the LGBTQ+ community in Uganda is subject to. Due to financial limitations, the effectiveness of our initiative is dependent on the generosity of our supporters.

While the majority of countries today wholeheartedly embrace the LGBTQ+ community, Uganda does not follow suit. The city Jinja, in particular, aims to abolish all forms of gender expression or sexual orientation by imprisoning, starving, and even murdering LGBTQ+ members. Our initiative is to bring international attention to this cruel practice while gathering as much funding as possible; these funds will be utilized to provide shelter, food, and toiletries for these unprivileged Ugandan citizens. We hope our efforts will contribute to creating a nondiscriminatory version of Uganda in the near future. Until then, we need as much support as we can get from our donors and allies.
